Description
The living and dining area have full views of the Gulf of Mexico. Wake up to the beach views in two of the bedrooms that also have private deck access. This home has lovely hardwood floors and crown molding throughout. The heart pine wide plank floors run from end to end in this home. The deck from the living area is extremely large at 44'X19' - room for everyone to watch the shrimp boats go out and get their morning catch. Part of the main deck is covered so guests may catch gulf breezes and still enjoy a full Gulf view.
Sleeping accommodations at Jamaica Waves are as follows: The primary bedroom has a king bed (sleeps 2), balcony access, TV, ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2), TV, ceiling fan and access to walk out balcony. The third bedroom features a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle (sleeps 4 total). The living room has a full size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) and a full size futon (sleeps 2). This home is also equipped with wifi for the convenience of the guests. The second bath has a step-in shower.

Jamaica Beach Texas is one of the most popular beaches and sought-after neighborhoods when it comes to vacation rentals – what it lacks in size, it makes up for action during the summer months, holidays and event weekends! Jamaica Beach is far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle of Seawall (8 miles), and but not too far away from most of the island attractions (10 miles from 61st Street). Jamaica Beach also has it’s own community pool and private marina and boat ramp, Regatta Basin, a community pavilion and playground.

This home is pet-friendly. One pet is allowed. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Jamaica Beach is a residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 7 am.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

Our stay would not have been more perfect including summer like weather at the end of October! One important thing which needs to be addressed, however, is a very, very dangerous area where the driveway meets the open area under the house. There\'s a yellow stripe on one side, but not the top. We almost fell several times. Someone is going to get hurt as we had several close calls. The owners need to create an angled slope instead of the sharp edge drop off. Other than that, the house was clean and had everything we needed for a good time.

This location was perfect for us, you can't beat a house on the beach! It was well decorated and so many seats available for our large family. My only complaint is the lack of kitchen items, there was no salt and pepper, only 2 dishwasher packets, no cooking oil, no laundry detergent, and only 4 rolls of toilet paper. Other rentals we have stayed accommodated those items and it was very convenient. Nothing that couldn't be purchased. Thanks for a great stay we would stay again!
