While the Coastal Mint is not located directly on the water, the avid fisherman will not have to venture out more than 10 minutes to get to popular fishing spots on Estes Flats, Port Bay and Aransas Bay. This home provides ample parking space for guests to park their trailer and vehicles. A quick, five -block walk will get you to the public pier in Rockport if you do not bring a boat along. The Fulton Pier is also less than 15 minutes away from the Coastal Mint.

The outdoor spaces are spectacular! The upstairs patio has nice views of Aransas Bay, and the backyard area is a great place to unwind around the charcoal grill after a long day of fishing. Looking for a competitive game to spice up the afternoon? There is a ping-pong table and plenty of space in the garage area for guests who would like to try their hand at this fun game.

Public Pier access is less than 10 minutes away, and Goose Island State park is a quick 15 minute drive over the Lamar Bridge. Rockport has numerous other places to check out, including the Maritime Museum and Historic Fulton Mansion as well. Rent a golf-cart and take a ride about town!
