The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to grab a quick bite before heading out to a day at the beach. The bedrooms each are furnished with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. The full bath offers a combo tub and shower. The Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion is just 1 block away and is the hub of Tybee's life. This is also a great location for annual events like 4th of July, Tybee Island Pirate Fest, and more. This apartment puts you in the middle of all of the action.

This home is perfect for guests looking for a Tybee vacation without the extra frills of a grand vacation. This cottage is a great spot to stay during local events that happen on the South end of Tybee. There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles in the back of the duplex. Wifi is available.

I have only one minor complaint and it is not the fault of Tybee Vacation Rentals as it is beyond their control. The small hotel next to the duplex is called the Atlantis Inn. It has some sketchy people staying there. 06/23/2024

Cancellations

Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
