Description
The house has an outdoor area under the home that is shady and ready for the family picnic after a long day at the beach or the swimming pool, has an outdoor tiki bar area! The exterior of the home also has an outdoor shower where guests can rinse off the sand from the beach. Bring your friends and family with you and enjoy the fantastic views of the beach and the bay from the decks on this house.
The sleeping arrangements for Beach Freak are as follows:
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, en suite bath with dual vanity and step-in shower.
2nd bedroom has a queen bed and television.
3rd bedroom has a queen bed, television, and a triple twin bunk (room sleeps 5).
TERRAMAR BEACH
Terramar Beach is located on Galveston Island's far West End, about 20 miles east of the city center and offers a boat ramp and a seasonal community pool. Terramar Beach would be described by most as one of the most peaceful subdivisions the island has to offer.
GULF COAST CONCIERGE
Ryson partners exclusively with Gulf Coast Concierge to make your time on the island unforgettable! Gulf Coast Concierge understands it's the little things that count. Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

All Ryson properties are non-smoking.
This home is pet-friendly. 2 pets are allowed. Weight limit of 40 pounds. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Resort amenities, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

Exactly as listed except for beach chairs and boogie boards not accessible if they were there so...
Exactly as listed except for beach chairs and boogie boards not accessible if they were there so we had to go buy some. Otherwise it was great. The downstairs was a great gathering spot as was the front porch. A couple more chairs on the porch would be awesome! Check in was easy, but management never called back about beach chairs and boogie boards.

We loved our stay at Beach Freak. The Terramar neighborhood is nice and quiet, directly across from the beach. A 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive to the sand. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. We were able to do lots of cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. Lots of space for lounging and hanging out. We loved the Christmas tree! Ryson Vacation Rentals were extremely thorough and excellent with communication. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.
