Description
This ground-level home offers lots of space for your family to enjoy including two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms, a game room with a pool table, a large covered patio, along with a large screened porch table for four, a ping pong, and a table, and four full baths. There is even split-table seating for up to 16 with additional counter seating for 6. Catch all your favorite games and movies on a large 65-inch Smart TV in one living room, and a 42in flat-screen TV in the second living room. Each living area has a sleeper sofa for additional occupants. Located in between the two living rooms is a game room with a full-size pool table.

Bedroom #1: King w/ Private Full Bath, Location: Off of Living Room #2. (Twin Bunk beds are available as an additional sleeping option in this room)

Enjoy rocking chairs and hanging swing beds on the front covered porch. The large screened porch on the back of the home offers an outdoor dining table for 4 and a ping pong table, and a 40" flat-screen TV. All of this is situated in the shadow of the Tybee Lighthouse! Guests can relax and enjoy entertaining in the outdoor space and revel in the beauty of Tybee's magnificent, historic Lighthouse! There is a gas grill for cooking out with your group. Finish off a great vacation day with stories about the backyard fire pit.
Parking for 5 vehicles. This home is pet-friendly with an additional fee. This home has High-Speed Internet/WIFI available for guest use. Guests can choose to add optional pool heat for an additional cost of $35 per day (not available in January or February)
Need more space for your upcoming vacation? Then consider also renting Fort Screven Rec Hall, a 5 bedroom home. When combined with Beach Bum Inn, that would be a total of 11 bedrooms, sleeping up to 25 guests.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

This was nice for a family reunion stay. It’s somewhat dated and could use more comfortable beds (or at least in the room we used). Two kitchens, but one dishwasher didn’t work…unfortunately we didn’t realize this and had already chosen that kitchen as the one for cooking, so we had to do a lot of back and forth from one kitchen to the other. Rental company wasn’t super enthusiastic about fixing the dishwasher and said since we had another one they weren’t going to put in a rush order due to the July 4 holiday. A little inconvenient but not a huge deal. Will second another reviewer who said the floors make your feet black, but given all the in and out traffic the home likely gets, I would say that’s just par for the course as I’ve had that problem at another beach stay. Everything seemed clean.
