Very nice property. Quiet beach. Not a long drive anwhere. If you want to ger away its perfect. Second floor with elevator. Close to pool and beach walkout. Had some workers repairing the balcony while we twere there and they should have been done by thursday but they werent. But the property was great. Trash chute was near out room and convienent. I felt they could have had more towels in the condo. We had to wash our often with 6 adults. Also no hand towels in kitchen which we thought was odd. We got spme at the dollar store. But the view was nice and even without the main balcony where was a side one we used often. Great place. We reccomend it. Close to the redfrog restaurant which was good but we recommend the short drive to seafood kitchen. In front of it is kookaburra coffee. Yum. Great place. Great town.

Very nice well mainatined property. Nice size condo we had 6 adults and had enough room. They were doing work on the balcony that looked towards ocen so we were unable to use it. The workers tripped a breaker leaving the master suit without power but we ed the company and someone fixed it within 3 hours. The company also had to enter the cpndo once to change and outdoor lightbulb to remain compliant with regulations. They take their artifical light on the beach and its effect on the turtles very seriously. Overall the condo was great. I heard good reviews on the beds with the exception of the two beds in one of the rooms being firmer. Kitchen was decently stocked though there were no kitchen hand towels. Also could use a good spatula. We did cook a few meals. Complex is very nice. We have stayed in the area before. We recommend seafood kitchen. Kookaburra coffee. Redfrog and mctoad was good. O'connollys for lunch. And make the 15 minute drive south for washington oaks park.do the gardens then go across the street to the beach access. No swimming there due to rocks. But all kinds of shells!!!!

The condo unit itself was fantastic. We loved the energy efficient washer and dryer. The dishwasher did a fantastic job of cleaning the dishes, too. We had plenty of room for all of us, and the two balconies afforded great views. Our only problem was being stuck in the hot elevator for 40 minutes on the second day of our stay. We had to be rescued by the fire department, and we were told by a resident there that this elevator has been stuck before. We had chosen this unit because the elevator was close by. As two children were in our party, there was a lot of “stuff” to keep up with on our many treks to the beach and pool. Even though the elevator was in working order the next day, we were too traumatized to risk being stuck again, so we took the stairs for the duration of our stay. You can imagine how difficult it was to move our luggage and other belongings to the car on checkout day. For that reason, I give the overall stay a 4 instead of a 5.
