JK Jenna K.	Verified Guest Comment Queens Grant is beautiful, clean, and quiet. The grounds are well kept, lush, and gorgeous. We loved our rental at 671– it was spacious and well equipped. Would bring Tupperware next time to pack for picnics and beaches though. Fantastic biking spot and highly recommend renting bikes or bringing your own. Bike beach access once you ride down towards the Omni. Ride to the General Store down the way and take the path and little underpass bridge over to Starbucks and shopping plaza across the main road! So fun!! One word of caution— Parking. Although the parking passes all look the very same and say Palmetto Dunes, you can only park in the community where you’re actually staying. We had 2 sets of friends stay at Villamare (next community down) and they thought we could park by them to go to the beach together since we looked to have the same pass. We got towed the first day and incurred an unexpected $230 tow bill! (Hard to find and very sketchy place to pick up our SUV!) They called their owner who called parking passes in for each each day we visited them. The VTrips Coordinator got word of this situation and called asking what happened, which I really appreciated and explained, but we have not yet heard anything back. Booking, check-in, and check out were a breeze. Would definitely rent here again! 08/20/2023

The kitchen could use a few more of the basics (salt and pepper shakers etc) but there was ample of everything else. Washer/Dryer setup is a bit awkward but works fine. A small problem was dealt with promptly and with great communcation by the property manager. 03/18/2022
