Inside, the open concept floor plan connects the living and dining areas. Plush leather seating greets you in the living room while a ceiling fan keeps you nice and cool in the Texas heat. You’ll love the oversized island in the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for prepping meals and serving them buffet-style. Four barstools offer a casual dining experience. State-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances and a host of cookware, dishware and kitchen gadgets make it fun to prepare everything from late morning brunches to seafood dinners. Dorado Grande sleeps 13 in four elegant ensuite bedrooms. The primary bedroom with a plush California king-size bed has private access to the balcony, large HDTV and an ensuite bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub and walk-in shower. You’ll find a California king-size bed in the second bedroom that also has private balcony access. The ensuite second bath features a step-in shower. Two sets of XL twin-over-twin bunks and an HDTV adorn the third bedroom, perfect for kids and teens to have their own space. The fourth bedroom is located on the main level and is outfitted with a California king-size bed and step-in shower. You’ll appreciate the convenience of an additional half-bath. There’s ample space to store all your belongings at Dorado Grande, but feel free to pack light. The full-size washer and dryer make it easy to have clean clothes every day of your stay.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

This is the perfect spot for a sweet family getaway! It is the perfect size for group of 10 - 12. It has everything you could possibly need or want - beach, pool, king-size beds, loaded kitchen, patios with perfect views AND it's so close to dining, shopping, and everything else you could possibly need. We had an excellent time and will definitely be back!

Beautiful home and location. Owners rules and property management rules conflict on a few matters. Property mgmt never called me back to clarify. Apparently after 4pm on Friday, renters are on their own. Elevator never worked. Was not expecting to have to haul everything up 2 and 3 flights of stairs. Owner should be proud of their home but should ditch the mgmt co. House gets an A+ Property mgmt gets a D I’m a controller for a high net-worth family that owns a similar home in Port Aransas and we have fired a mgmt co for similar lack of attention to customer service. When you rent this level of home you expect the same level of customer service from the mgmt co as well. They go hand in hand.
