The open-plan living and dining area is comfortably furnished and includes a sleeper sofa for additional guest sleeping space and a large flat-screen TV. The dining area has seating for 4 at the table, and the adjoining breakfast bar has seating for 2. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher to make preparing meals at home a breeze. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use.

The primary bedroom has a King bed, a TV, and a large bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a King bed, and there is an additional bathroom with a tub and shower combination in the hall.

Wireless internet is available at the property. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
