The dining area includes a table that seats up to 8 and there are 4 stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has been completely renovated and includes custom cabinetry and Quartz countertops, and everything needed for preparing delicious meals during your vacation. Also located on the 2nd floor is a guest bedroom (bedroom 3) furnished with 2 extra long Twin beds that will convert to a California King-size bed, and a 32in flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. The third floor is home to two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a California King bed, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a private bath, and access to the third-floor private balcony with stunning ocean views. Bedroom 2 has a California King bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a private full bathroom. There is also a full-size washer and dryer in the hallway on this level.

The ground level includes a 2 car garage with an entry to the foyer. There is a foosball table and a ring toss game for fun, and outside there is a furnished patio with a gas grill, hot and cold outdoor shower, and a walking exit to the beach. Parking for 2 standard-size vehicles and there is access to a third uncovered guest space that can accommodate an oversized vehicle. A private elevator is available to assist guests. The home has wireless internet.

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
