This cottage is within walking distance (about .4 mile) to downtown Rockport where all the shops are as well as the small concrete fishing pier. There's a coffee shop .2 mile down the road. And the Beach is less than a mile away. Convenient for 1-2 people wanting to walk to fish, shop, or do the beach.

A quaint little place to stay. Walkable distance to shopping, restaurants like Pik-Nik and the only two bars downtown. Bright and fun color scheme in house. Perfect for two girls having a weekend in Rockport. A short drive to the beach!

I had a great time in this cottage. The A/C was so/so for mid May and I wonder what it’s like in the summer time. There were a mass amount of flying insects on the second night which were constantly flying overhead and near the TV and light/ceiling fan in the living room. It was clean, just as described in the listing and a good price for the cottage. No other comment to make. We had a good stay.
