Welcome to Riviera Club 701, a two-bedroom plus den/office, two-bath gulf-front condo located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of a myriad of amenities that include a public marina and movie theatre. Pincher's Crab Shack restaurant is a 5-minute walk down the beach at the Wyndham Resort, and across the boulevard is Santini Marina Plaza and its many shops and restaurants, with a CVS pharmacy just past the Plaza. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available from the boulevard out front to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. Please note there is a two-week minimum stay. Amenities at Riviera Club include a heated saltwater pool with rock waterfall and jacuzzi next to a gulf-front cabana with lounge chairs around the pool area, as well as gulfside behind the cabana. The cabana has restrooms and a kitchen with refrigerator and microwave oven that can be reserved. Gas BBQ grills are available in the cabana area as well. Ample open unassigned parking is provided. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, private laundry and complimentary WiFi and cable TV. Entry at ground level is through a secure lobby, complete with water falls, tropical foliage and sitting areas, where an elevator whisks you to 701 and into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is wood and tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of granite counter space and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, built-in glasstop range and oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and dishwasher. There is a pass through bar to the dining area with barstools on the dining side. The laundry area has a stacked full-size washer and dryer. The adjacent dining area has a table seating six. This flows into the living area nicely furnished with a sofa and matching love seat with end table, lamp and corner swivel chair, opposite which is a credenza with large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access to the furnished tiled and screened in balcony with awsome views of the Gulf of Mexico from a seventh floor vantage point. The primary bedroom with en suite bathroom is furnished with a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, two chairs with cocktail table by the sliding glass door out to the balcony, and a triple dresser above which is a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The large window provides an awesome view of the gulf and beach below. The bathroom has a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass door, granite-top vanity with lavatory with storage space beneath, commode and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand with lamp, a triple dresser and ample closet space. The adjacent guest bath has a granite-top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and walk-in tiled shower with glass doors. Extra space is offered in the office/den.
