This spacious condo offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed and an adjoined master bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen size bed. The third bedroom features two full-size beds, and the living area contains a queen size sleeper sofa. Your favorite place will absolutely be the private balcony overlooking Pensacola Beach.
Regency Towers is in a great location and offers amenities, including a community pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Several popular attractions are close by, so you can spend the day fishing, parasailing, enjoying a dolphin cruise, and more! Visit the Quietwater Beach Boardwalk and the Gulfside Pavilion to have a delicious meal or catch a free show! The Pensacola Beach Trolley offers a free way to explore the area from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day.

We arrived Saturday afternoon and it was hot in the condo so tried to turn it down(nest thermostat, complicated for a condo). After it was obvious is wasn’t cooling down,made contact with management. Answeriall their questions and waited till next morning. Condo still hot, air ran all nite and didn’t cool off. Also now noticed ice maker not working. Contacted again, they said they would get someone to look at it. Meanwhile, some stoped by and looked at ice maker, said it was froze up, that we probably didn’t get door shut good. And the left, but did bring a bag of ice. Contacted again for an update, then they said it would be Monday before anyone could come. I had been nice up to now. Told them it was unexceptable , they just didn’t want to pay for a Sunday call. Shortly after a service tech showed up and fixed it. Should not have taken this long when they knew it was broke. Next day a tech came and looked at ice maker, said yep, it’s froze up and left. No attempt to repair. Condo advertising is a little misleading on the parking situation. It just say free parking. Not for how many vehicles. Found out later we could on have 2 cars. The parking police are out every morning checking, so don’t try to cheat. Lot was only half full the whole time we were there. Not sure we would book with you again
