The house is situated in a gated community with privacy, which is nice. Kids can ride bikes around community without worry with regard to traffic. The pool is located right by the house and only requires a few steps to enjoy. House is spacious for a family or large group. Southern vacation rentals was instantly communicating from time of booking, but that is where their follow up starts. My only complaint is the two gate codes provided did not work. We tried for over 45 minutes the night we arrived, and traffic was held up because our codes did not work. Finally a family in a car, three back of us, came up and assisted us. After they saw we had a booking and weren’t trying to get onto property, they gave us their code. Contacted SV next day and they said they would get with mngt for any new codes. We never heard from them the rest of our stay. We tried calling several times as well. Had it not been for that family, we would not have been able to leave and return.

The house was wonderful. Well decorated and in a great area. The only issue we had were the bathrooms. They were not clean. There was build up under the toilets and in the showers. Floors had debris. Not a good sight. Other than that.. they had bikes to use which was great. One of the bikes had a broken chain so we only had 3/4 available to use. The beach and cute shops are walking distance. Great price too!

We loved the location of the property. The house wasn't as clean as other places I have stayed. The dryer was rusty on top. The internet never really worked so the TV didn't work, the beds were hard, the toilet seats needed replaced, there were cobwebs in some of the light fixtures, microwave when turned on sounded like a machine gun, the dishwasher when turned on sounded like someone was trying to break out of it. I don't think any of this is really fault of management company. But when they texted me to ask how our stay was going I advised TV not working and they never responded. But we still enjoyed ourselves. I probably wouldn't rent this house again, but would definitely stay in the same neighborhood.
