Cozy enough for four guests, our studio space at Destin West Villa 401 is equipped with plenty of at-home comforts to ensure your vacation is as relaxing as can be. It has been nicely updated to include a marble countertop in the kitchen and breakfast bar and garden tub in the bathroom, a Smart TV, and a front-loading washer and dryer. There is also a kitchenette complete with a smooth top range with two burners so that you can enjoy home-cooked meals in an instant. For dinner with a view, simply take your meals out to the covered, wrap-around balcony for the separate dining area and enjoy a partial view of the Gulf morning, noon, and night. A comfortable queen bed is located off of the living room to ensure you will get a good night’s rest on vacation.

This Gulfside unit is a short walk from the beach where sun, sand, and sea await! Enjoy beach service through our Southern Perks partners, swim in the water, or take a stroll down the shore. ah amy h.	Verified Guest Comment Check in was an easy process, the carts on site were helpful to unload, the condo was clean with fresh towels on the bed when we arrived. In the balcony we found a storage box with sand toys & extra beach chairs. We enjoyed breakfasts on the patio watching the storms coming in & you could see the beach just a little bit. We would definitely recommend & come back 06/30/2024

The room was exactly as described and completely met our needs. Our only issue was with the sliding door for the balcony. Not a long walk to the beach or the lazy river located across the road! The property was clean when we arrived, and we had everything we needed. Arriving at 0400, this was a huge plus!
