Too Pool for School offers a large open floor plan where guests may enjoy the open concept living, dining and large kitchen with an island. The kitchen island is designed for a quick morning cup of coffee or cool afternoon drinks, and the large deck, overlooking the pool is perfect for a nice glass of wine in the evening.
Sleeping arrangements at Too Pool for School include a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, smart TV (bring your streaming service passwords with you), en suite bath with step-in shower, separate jetted tub, dual vanity and separate water closet. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and ceiling fan. The third bedroom is set up as a bunk room including a twin over a full bunk (sleeps 3). This home also has two twin roll-away beds that may be placed where the guest feels most comfortable.
The homeowner has thought of everything thing for this home. The kitchen is fully outfitted with enough dishes, pots, pans, serving platters, drop coffee pot, dishwasher, deep stainless steel sink and outside a charcoal grill at ground level. Guests may enjoy the swimming pool (only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to use the swimming pool). Due to unexpected wind gusts at the beach, guests should keep an umbrella in the ""down"" position unless it is in use.
Terramar Beach is located on Galveston Island's far West End, about 20 miles east of the city center. Terramar Beach would be described by most as one of the most peaceful subdivisions the island has to offer.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Resort amenities, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance.
Pool and spa are serviced multiple times a week, and we make every effort to keep them in tip top shape. However, we cannot guarantee there won’t be a disruption, but we always make every effort to resolve any issues ASAP. Do not touch the pump, cleaner, or anything else that has to do with the pool cleaning system, Thank you.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
