Looking for a cozy beach retreat for your next family getaway? Consider Cashmere Coast, a Destin, FL vacation home with beautiful décor, luxury finishes and quick access to area excitement. With five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, this rental can easily accommodate up to 14 guests. Not to mention, it is three stories tall, spans over 2,800 square feet, includes a second living room, and even features two kitchens. This makes it the perfect choice for a group vacation.

The first floor is home to the main living room, kitchen and second bedroom. The open floor plan invites guests to entertain in this space after a day on the beach. Enjoy gathering around the Smart TV to stream your favorite show or preparing a meal for your group in the well-appointed kitchen. Those who love a cookout stepping outside and using the gas grill. The third floor offers a second living space complete with a wet bar for keeping your beverages cool. This makes it an ideal space for young adults or children.

All the bedrooms in this home offer a Smart TV to help satisfy your entertainment needs. One bedroom is located on the first floor, two bedrooms on the second and then the remaining two bedrooms on the third floor. The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and is complete with a walk-in closet and a private balcony. The primary ensuite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and jetted tub.

You could spend your entire day lounging at your home-away-from-home, but be sure to cool off at the community pool at Villages of Crystal Beach. Additionally, the beach is just a short walk away, making it easy to spend your days building sandcastles with loved ones, walking the shoreline in search of dolphins in the distance, and swimming through the Gulf of Mexico. Property was in a great neighborhood and close to the beach. The rental company communicated well with us prior to our arrival and kept us up to date about the checkin process. They promptly answered any questions we had via text messaging. A beach shuttle was available but most in our group chose to take the 8-9 min walk. The pool area was adjacent to the house and large enough to accommodate the neighborhood without feeling overcrowded. The house was very spacious with 2 living rooms, large bedrooms and bathrooms, and a kitchen adequately equipped with enough pots and pans, small appliances, utensils and a starter set ( 1-2 days worth) of dish detergent, paper towel, and bathroom tissue. This was not an issue since our trip was only 2 days. Loved the porches on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Note: Please be sure to report and take pictures of any housekeeping/ maintenance issues ASAP to the property management company to avoid any checkout discrepancies.

Property is very nice for a vacation rental. Balcony's on 2nd and 3rd floor were great and used often. Living area on first floor is a little small but does have a 2nd living area on the top floor which was nice. Has a small area to grill and sit outside in the front but does not have any patio or any area in the back which was the only negative to me and my family if that is something you are looking for. Very close to the community pool and a short walk to the beach and mall.
