This villa is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting. Whether you stay for a week or a month, you'll have everything you need to make this the perfect vacation experience.

A plus on this rental is that it is situated in an excellent location, being halfway between the bustling Times Square at the northern end of the island, and midway south on the island where Publix (a very well-stocked chain grocery store) is located. There are numerous restaurants for your choosing as well. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few. We also have a company which rents beach equipment like umbrellas, beach chairs, and coolers, as well as baby, sports, and special needs equipment.

Villa A offers 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, kitchen and living area. The bedrooms are newly furnished, each with 1 queen bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils - everything you'll need for cooking during your stay. The large living room has a TV and DVD player for your entertainment, as well as a sleeper sofa for any additional guests you may have.

A shared washer and dryer are available in this rental, as well as high speed wireless internet. It is a non-smoking home.

This home is a tri-plex offering two additional units, all recently upgraded with new furniture and flooring, and all interiors freshly painted. It is the perfect property for those traveling with other families, friends, or extended families.
