This beautiful property features a brand new in ground pool constructed in 2016. Pulling into the driveway you will be welcomed by the gorgeous, lush, tropical foliage. You will immediately feel like you are in far away tropical land surrounded by the beautiful landscaping. Take the stairs to the front door opening it to the quaint entrance way. A small bistro table for two is nestled in the one corner, with a great sitting area wonderful for curling up with a good book and overlooking the neighborhood through the front windows. Just off the entrance way to the right is a fantastic screened in porch. Enjoy bug free days and nights while situated at the tops of the trees. The large, peaceful living room has a 55" flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The TV has an extra HDMI cable that plugs into your laptop, turning the TV into your monitor and allowing you to watch Netflix, MLB TV or whatever you subscribe to. The comfortable furnishings provide a relaxing place to connect to the WiFi in the house. Just off the living room is the master bedroom. A king size bed, his and her closets, and a full ensuite bathroom will be waiting for you at the end of a fun filled day at the beach. The full kitchen is in the middle of the house and has a large island which everyone will be sure to gather at while the chef is in the kitchen preparing delicious meals. It features premium stainless steel appliances, a double sink, dishwasher and lots of counter space. Just off the kitchen will be another favorite part of the house. A screened in porch area overlooking the backyard provides a serene place for that morning cup of coffee. The two guest bedrooms can be found beside the kitchen. The first offers a king size bed and desk area; perfect for your guests to write their postcards home telling all their friends about their incredible accommodations. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a double size bed on the bottom and a single on top. An in-room TV will keep these guests entertained. Just outside the kitchen lanai are stairs leading directly into the brand new pool area. Constructed in 2016, it is a large 14'x26' rectangular in ground pool featuring deep and shallow ends. It is surrounded by a generous paver stone pool deck and is nestled between the house and lush tropical trees on 3 sides but is open to the southwest and the warm Florida sunshine. Pool furniture includes 5 reclining lounge chairs with small matching tables, a hotel style umbrella table and 4 chairs, and a gas grill for the outdoor chef. Just off the pool area is a large lanai with another table and 4 chairs and a refrigerator, a great place to cool off with your favorite beverage. Around the front side of the house is a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer. Yes, we thought of everything! When you decide it's time to leave your incredible accommodations, take a short stroll and explore Estero Bay from the dock at the end of the road. For those early risers you will definitely want to catch one of our phenomenal sunrises from this location. Heading down the road to the south just a two minute walk will have you at the beach. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach and the warm Gulf waters will be waiting for you. The house is a quarter mile or less to so many entertainment options that you won't need to drive anywhere. Some of our favorite restaurants are the Beached Whale, Mr. Tequila, Sushi Sushi, and Doc Fords. The Lana Kai offers live music day and night. Times Square, the hub of Fort Myers Beach featuring restaurants, shops and nightlife is just a short walk away. Trolley stops heading both north and south bound can be found at the end of the road.
