Facing outwards towards the sea are two wicker love seats with deep cushions. Prop your feet atop the square coffee table and drink it all in. Whether you lazily nap here or read the paper, the view gets better the more you look at it. Great lighting on helpful side tables, plus a cable TV and DVD player make a great family space in the evenings as well.
The dining and kitchen areas are ideal for entertaining and keeping a group of up to six adults happy and fed. An additional breakfast bar makes a nice segue between meal prep and formal dining; a great spot to enjoy an evening glass of wine. Find everything provided in the kitchen, including all appliances (a new stainless steel GE range), cookware, toaster, and coffee-maker.
Designed with fresh, current colors, the primary bedroom has splashes of turquoise and rich bed linens and a newly added 26" HDTV and BlueRay/DVD player. Fully unpack and feel at home, thanks to a large dresser and separate armoire. A delightfully retro guest bedroom has two twin bedrooms and all the charm of a ‘60s surf bungalow. The rental was everything we wanted and more. It is exactly as advertised and even more. It is so spacious and could easily accommodate a family. The view was spectacular. I would highly recommend.

1st 4 things weren’t good. Check in across the street was totally unnecessary, information was given in email. It was in a lockbox with a code that’s numbers were so small and hard to get to, it was in accessible for me, 6’2” and old. The elevator at our end was “out of order” and this old couple had to lug all our stuff way down to the other one. We were near the end of the complex so it was actually quite the trek Then the code for the front door wouldn’t work until the 15th try, they actually had to eventually come and try to repair the locking mechanism but had to end up giving us a hard key. frustrating. The storm door was in a state of disrepair. After that…the place was very clean, beautiful views, everything else was great and overall we had a great experience. People we dealt with were fantastic and the entire facility is great.

The view from the balcony and master bedroom windows is amazing and felt very special for my family vacation. Access to the beach is short and easy, honestly we didn’t really need the wagon we brought for chairs and such. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do in and around St Augustine. There was plenty of room in the condo for my family of 5. Covered parking was a plus as was the washer and dryer in the condo.
