Minus the hiccup of getting locked out and having to wait almost a hour for maintenance to drill the bottom lock; it turned out well. For peace and quiet I’d recommend a place by the beach until the new builds are finished. We were woken up at sunrise on a Saturday to loud noises from workers in the back yard area. This Airbnb did have it all though, the space, the pool, the family games down to plates, spoons cups and a playpen for a smaller child.

Everything was great, wish they had more pots and pans for 12 people it was a struggle to cook in one pot/pan.

The place was beautiful and exactly as described! We had trouble getting into the outside TV, but we were surprised with how quickly someone arrived to resolve the issue! They were very responsive and easy to get in touch with. There were extra linens and fans provided for comfort. The TVs were all equipped with Rokus and signed in so they were easy to use. Pool was great for the whole family and the lights and outdoor area made it so much fun! Great host and overall great stay, especially for the price! It was very convenient getting around town to everything we needed.
