The home was clean and well appointed. The response to maintenance issues was subpar. Starting with the lock not working so we didn’t get into the house until around 5 pm because we had to wait for someone to return our call. Then there was a problem with the freezer that we called about and it was never addressed. It made a loud buzzing noise most of the time we were there. Waiting on maintenance issues to be resolved is not how I wanted to spend the few days we had to enjoy the beach. The highlights were the short walk and private entrance to the beach, the beautifully decorated home, and the quietness of the community.

The home was lovely, clean, and well appointed. The short walk to a private beach access made it a great location. However the balcony over looks the other houses so there is no view. The management company was friendly but did not respond quickly to our needs. The door did not unlock when we got there and it took 30 minutes to get a return phone call for assistance. Also, the freezer had a motor issue that was never addressed so it made a loud buzzing sound the whole time we were there. Despite these problems we enjoyed our time at the beach and the beautifully decorated home.

This was a great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Each bedroom had a bathroom, which was a plus. A really great feature was that beach access was just across the street via a boardwalk accessible to guests of the condo association - a 2 or 3 minute walk. Would stay again.
