A Salty Texan is found on the bluff on N. Fulton Beach Road in the Sun Harbor Community. Relax at the community pool which overlooks Aransas Bay. A Salty Texan will sleep up to 5 people, with one bedroom and one full bathroom. Your furbabies are welcome here too (2 dogs maximum). The open-concept floor plan includes living, dining, and kitchen areas. The neatly decorated living room has comfortable furniture, and the dining table seats up to five. Stay connected with 3 TVs, an XBOX, and Wi-Fi or unplug and enjoy nature at its finest. There is a fully stocked kitchen with a microwave, standard coffee maker, and blender for drinks. No dishwasher or icemaker.

The sleeping arrangements will accommodate up to five people with a queen-sized bed and a twin over full bunk bed. The home has delightful coastal decor and a cozy atmosphere that makes this the perfect place for your beach getaway!
