Welcome to Lovers Key Beach Club 604, a one-bedroom, one-bath condo located in a gated resort with its lush tropical and well-manicured grounds. The resort's location is situated between Lovers Key State Park and Fort Myers Beach, with miles of secluded white sugar sand beaches. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. Your arrival will be similar to arriving at a 5-star hotel under a covered entrance. A ramp or a few steps up brings you to the secure entry to the building's air conditioned lobby. Bellman carts are provided for easy transfer of baggage to your accommodations. The ground floor elevator lobby is exquisitely furnished and looks out over the heated pool and spa deck area with a view toward the south down Big Carlos Pass to the Gulf of Mexico. Gas grills are available, and a card reader laundry area and several seating areas with comfortable furnishings, tables and chairs conducive to a card game, and a separate room with pingpong table. Also adjacent to the pool and spa area is a club room/kitchen. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, and complimentary WiFi and cable TV. Enter your condo on the sixth floor, a corner unit, into the open-plan kitchen, eating and living areas. There is tile flooring in the living area and wood floors in the bedroom. The kitchen area has granite countertops with tile backsplash. Appliances include a dishwasher, glass-top range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer. Everything is provided to prepare full course meals, or just make coffee and toast in the morning. Separating the kitchen from the living area is a table seating four. The living room has a sleeper sofa, end tables with lamps, an area rug, and opposite this is a corner credenza with large flat screen TV and side chair. Sliding glass doors provide access to the balcony that's furnished with a cocktail table and chairs. Views from this sixth floor vantage point are of the island, resort pool and surrounding beaches and waterways. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, a corner chair, and a dresser with wall-mounted large flat screen TV above. The adjacent bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and walk-in shower with hand rail and glass doors. Next door at Lovers Key resort is the award-winning waterfront restaurant called Flippers. Kayak and jet ski rentals are available nearby, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises around Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. Just a short hop over the bridge at Big Carlos Pass takes you to Fort Myers Beach/Estero Island. The island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound.
