Great place & great location! It was hard to get in because they did not include the garage code. To get in, you must enter the garage, then use the keyless entry. We did not think about this, but the stairs are not safe for toddlers (our fault, but heads up). We thought golf cart was included, but it does have to be rented (our fault again, read fine print). There was no grill located like the amenities says, but we were lucky to catch the person taking the trash since no one on the phone was helpful. He brought a grill. Overall, beautiful house & very clean!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was cozy…….my teens & husband loved reading and getting a little space up in the loft. The kitchen was amazing & well stocked to cook in…..which we did most of the week. Everything was very clean. Location wise it was great….just a few minutes to the beach. However, we chose to drive about 10 minutes down to a less crowded beach that was more peaceful. We had some trouble getting into the house to begin with, but guest services was very helpful. The mattresses were pretty firm…..didn’t enjoy that. Thats my only critique. We would definitely stay again.

We got to the place, and wasn’t aware that the way to get inside was through garage. The key code was not given for that. It was about 45 minutes waiting. There were no clear instructions as to what is expected upon checkout. While it may sleep 8, one couple was in the “garage” room. The other 2 would have to sleep in the loft, and if people are watching tv in the den, wouldn’t be able to sleep. Speaking of tv, there was cable provided and we were able to use our own Netflix account, could not log out their prime tv. There were no direct directions to the pool. The pool was quite nice. Everything was clean when we went. The beach access was minimal and if you go for a holiday weekend, be prepared for crowds. While Grayton Beach was nearby we got there at 9:00 am and it was already full. There are some restaurants walking distance and we enjoyed Redd’s - it was quite good. The bikes have no speeds and are cruisers. The dining area is quite narrow. Fits 6 (4 on one table, and then 2).

La reserva fue muy buena, todo limpio y organizado, solo que nunca me respondieron para poder usar el internet. Sugiero incluyan el carro golf en la reserva . Muchas gracias

I was prepared to give a not so good review but turned out to be the best girls trip in the end. The golf cart we rented was not up to expectations but the management rectified the issue and even gave us a dozen roses. We were there on Mother’s Day. The house was beautiful, clean and a great location. We would stay again if in the area.
