The Condo was beautifully set up and clean. My issue was mostly with the battery in the keyless entry - was critically low - when I arrived and it locked me out. When I called for service to the door, I was met with an attitude of "you just have to wait until we can get someone out there"!!! After several calls back for service - someone arrived 3 hours later. I was not able to get in for my purse or my medications. Thank God, I had my phone to reach out for help. The gentleman that came to provide service was very nice and apologized and said that he would let "them" know that this should not have happened. I would definitely appreciate one more free night as compensation for the time lost in the condo and the inconvenience. Thanks in advance. Prince Group

Be forewarned about #303. It gets the job done but the carpet is a huge issue. If you have early check in, make sure that housekeeping knows. Our room was an hour late because they did not know. Southern Resorts did refund the extra fee after I asked for it but we were stuck in the hall with groceries and luggage until the cleaning was completed. I use Southern Resorts most of the time and as a rental company they are highly recommended, just not Crystal Dunes #303.
