Description
This home features an open floor plan and high ceilings for terrific views. The home has tile floors throughout. The spacious primary suite offers French doors out to a deck.
Serenity's kitchen is fully outfitted for a group of 8 people, all dishes, utensils, and cooking implements are provided. Guests only need to bring food and bevs to begin a family vacation that will provide a lifetime of memories. Full-size washer dryer available for guests. This home also has cable television and wifi for the convenience of guests. The views from both inside and outside are breathtaking!
The primary suite has a king-size bed and en suite bath with shower and double vanity. The second bedroom features a queen bed. The second bath has a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom features two sets of twin bunks and a twin trundle bed (sleeps 5). Everyone sleeps in a bed!
Serenity also has covered full-width decks on both the front and back of the home - plenty of seating where guests can catch a cool breeze on warm summer evenings. The exterior shower is the perfect place to rinse off after a day at the beach. Charcoal grill available to prepare the catch of the day (bring your own coals and lighter fluid).

Playa San Luis, on the beachside, offers numerous beachside dune crossovers to access the beach, and Pointe San Luis, on the bayside, offers a seasonal community pool and hot tub.

Ryson partners exclusively with Gulf Coast Concierge to make your time on the island unforgettable! Gulf Coast Concierge understands it's the little things that count. Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

This home is pet-friendly. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Serenity. It is a beautiful, contemporary home on the west side of the island. My family loves the location away from the crowded sea wall area. It is a drive across the street to park on the beach. No wagon needed! We ordered the beach chairs, canopy and cooler that were waiting for us when we got there. It was a great deal and saved space in our car on the way there. Ryson's customer service is awesome!!! We will stay with you again for sure! Thanks for helping us to build great family memories.

This is our second time to stay in this subdivision and we are very happy once again. I was very happy with all of the appliances in the kitchen. They even have a Keurig. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend booking this house.

The home was beautiful and well kept, but we were disappointed that there was no access to the community pool. In the Airbnb listing it says pool access, but doesn't specify that the pool is only open seasonally beginning Memorial Day weekend. It would be very helpful to have that information prominently displayed. We also had a lot of trouble with the remote not working well for us. The buttons seemed to not do much and it took a while to actually get something to play. Had the weather been nicer during our stay we probably wouldn't have even needed the tv, but we had a lot of rain. All in all we had a good time and were very comfortable.
