Outdoors you will find several ground-level seating areas to gather friends and family. Whether you just want to grab a drink and catch up on old times or play a game of flag football - this home has enough outdoor space for whatever your heart desires. A ground-level tiki bar includes a large flat-screen TV, refrigerator/freezer, ice machine, grill, and a half-bath. Guests are also welcome to use the two-man kayaks and various sporting goods. If you feel like getting your toes in the sand, the beach is less than a half-mile away!
The open-concept living/dining/kitchen area has plenty of space and ample seating for everyone to gather for breakfast or dinner. The kitchen is very well-appointed and has everything needed to prepare even the most gourmet meals. The living area features a large sectional sofa with two chairs, a flat-screen TV, cable television, wifi, Wii game, and DVD.
Canal Zone has four bedrooms and three full baths. Sleeping accommodations are as follows: The primary bedroom and en suite bath are located on the upper level of the home. It has a queen bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and the bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is also a queen and is located on the upper level. The third and fourth are located on the main level of the home. The third bedroom has a king bed with a shower/tub combination in the bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. The main level also has a full bath.
Sea Isle is a family-friendly neighborhood, located on Galveston’s West End, that is highly sought after by families who love to swim, fish, and cruise the island in golf carts. Sea Isle offers a public beach, seasonal community pool, bait shop, playground, tennis courts, convenience store, restaurant, and bar.

All Ryson properties are non-smoking.
This home is pet-friendly. 2 pets are allowed. Weight limit of 20 pounds. All pets must be registered, and the pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards, or dunes. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
*Sea Isle pool passes must be purchased directly from the Sea Isle HOA Monday – Friday until 5 pm only. Pool passes are not sold after hours or on weekends. Please call the Sea Isle HOA to reserve your pool pass in advance.
Resort amenities, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance.
Even if listed as a provided amenity, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network, or channels or cable and internet signal quality, and the cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

We didn’t realize the home did not come with a key to access the boat ramp, and the boat slip was occupied, so that was disappointing. Other than that it was a great stay.

The property was more than we expected. Our problem was the listing said ADA compliant and it was not. The lift was not working so a person on a walker had to go up two flights of stairs. The management was to call us and they never responded. An inspector offered a property that was to be on one level, it was far worse than the one we had, even had giant bugs. We toughed it out, though we had limited movement. We were disappointed with the management's responses but loved the property.
