This is a whole house youre getting. The first floor is all bedrooms, upstairs is the living space. You can see the sunrise over ocean in morning and sunset over inter coastal at night. There are 2 beach entrances accessible it is about a 2 minute walk either way, but still not a problem, just have to be careful bc of cars. The only negative thing abt the house is it opens directly up onto stairs which is dangerous especially at night. I feel like a landing at top would prevent that. Theres so much space in house. We brought our own blankets/beach towels. Bed sheets n shower towels were provided but youll def need to do laundry. Youll need to buy/bring garbage bags, a sponge, soap and toilet paper. But for what youre getting at the price, its not a big deal. Couch was a lil dirty but we put a sheet on it. Well def stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mermaid Crossing. The rental is spacious, beautifully decorated, and met or exceeded all of our family’s needs. It was our first visit to Kure Beach, and we fell in love with the charming beach town. We hope to visit again soon. Awesome property, convenient to the beach! The TVs were easy to use and the beds were comfortable! Heads up, you will need to make a supermarket run to get some essentials like paper products and personal hygiene products like soap, shampoo, etc!
