There is also a ping pong table in the garage, so have some friendly competition with friends and family! Step out back to the covered balcony overlooking one of the complex’s refreshing pools. Throw some hamburgers and hotdogs on the gas grill for an afternoon cookout in between trips to the pool or unwind during the evening as you watch the sunset.
The spacious living room is the perfect spot to host game nights. Or sit back, grab the remote and turn the channel on the Smart TV to one of your favorite shows. Upgraded with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and a convenient countertop bar, you can whip snacks and meals up in this condo’s kitchen when you aren’t savoring one of the area’s delicious seafood restaurants. A convenient half-bath is located on the main level.
Head upstairs where you’ll find Regency Cabanas #D3’s three bedrooms designed for comfort with comfortable bedding, Smart TVs and closet space for your belongings. Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
- Arrival window within 31 days or more a full refund less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.

Very clean and accessible Condo. No checking in with people because it is keyless coded access. The pool was a plus because it rained a lot and between rains the pool was right there. Beach is about 100 yards away on a boardwalk and very few people. We even did some surf fishing in the evening. Restaurants are about 2 miles away but a lot of good places to eat. We enjoyed it.

The only reason I wouldn’t stay again is the early check out at 9 am and the fact we had to provide our own soaps/trashbags/ paper products and things that are at pretty much every Airbnb. We pay the same rate each day I don’t understand not having enough household items for our whole stay. Other than that it was great!

We had a lovely trip and the location you couldn’t beat, the beds were super comfortable, there’s plenty of space and the layout with the rooms being up top and living room below was perfect for our trip! There’s a ton of beach equipment to utilize as well!
