They need to change arrival instructions. The gate on 15th street doesn’t work and u have to go all the way around the block to find the entrance

This rental was everything we wanted. Very clean and it’s location is the best, and very convenient. the beach was right in our backyard. It was clean, and the host was very responsive. We will be back again!!!

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
