The condos location was perfect, with spectacular views. Amenities were easy to use and always clean, its safe to say the staff truly cares about the location. The condo was overall clean, but could definitely use a thorough deep cleaning and retouching of paint, which from my experience from staying at other management run Airbnbs is pretty common. Everything was surface clean though, including the kitchen, beds and bathrooms. My only "complaints" are the water in the tubs and bathroom sinks was slow to drain, which means you stand in sandy/dirty water while showering and/or rinsing off and then, when sitting on the patio, other people were smoking and the stench made our patio unusable (for us), which is not the rentals fault. Overall, great trip with a great place to stay.

Overall we had a great stay. This is our second stay at SummerWinds this year. We love everything about Navarre and its surroundings! The condo was nice. It was large enough for our family of 6. Two major cons that stood out: condo needed a good deep cleaning. I'm picky but my husband and kids noticed it as well. Lots of dust and some hair, floors left our socks very dirty, kitchen cabinets and drawers were dirty. Trash was left in dressers and there was food and trash under couch when we went to pull it out. There was a terrible smell in the trash closet. Overall it was nothing that a good deep cleaning wouldn't fix and it didn't impact our stay. The other con was that there wasn't a tv in the living room. We were told one would be installed but it was not. Again, this didn't affect our stay, but I know the kids would've enjoyed it during the times we were in our room. All things considered, I would stay here again. It was a good value for our large family.
