Post-hurricane Ian damage cleanup continues in the Ft Meyers area and at Gullwing Condos. Please expect ongoing construction and construction noise within and around this complex, including the parking areas. At this time, the pool, hot tub, tennis court, and beach chairs are not available for use. The complex has nightly security, including cameras at the front doors, to monitor access for safety. This unit has been carefully inspected and renovated prior to re-opening. We have made every effort to maintain a safe and comfortable setting for our guests.

It felt like we were mislead to believe we were renting this unit with the full amenities of the Gull Wing resort. This went through a third party management company which limited some of the conveniences that the Gull Wing has to offer (i.e. wrist band resort keys, free bicycle rental, beach towels, room servicing) we rented a Gull Wing unit from vrbo November 2019 and had access to experience the entire resort’s offerings. This time we kept getting rejected because it was rented through a third party, which was not made clear to us. We were embarrassed multiple times during our stay due to this reason. It just seemed a little sketchy. The booking, not the resort. We throughly enjoyed the Gull Wing that is why we wanted to return and bring our children and grandchildren.

It was a bit confusing where to check in and find the building. However, when we did find it the staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was completely furnished with everything we needed. Very spacious and close to the grocery store and small shopping center. Loved the easy access to the beach. The pool area was always clean. Wish there was a person we could have contacted for an extra key to the pool but there is no office in the building. Overall it was expensive but very nice and clean.
