This home is has been beautifully decorated with guests in mind. The home's main living level features an open living area that overlooks the beautiful kidney-shaped pool with a built-in spa. The living room features a large sectional with a built-in Queen sleeper sofa and a large, 55-inch flat-screen TV. The open dining area has a table seating for 8, with a breakfast bar that will seat up to 4, and seating for 2 at the island. There is also a built-in wet bar. The beautiful open concept kitchen is well appointed and features high-end appliances and a built-in range top on the large center island with a breakfast bar. The adjoining screened porch overlooking the pool offers dining seating for 6 with cushioned lounge seating.

The Primary Bedroom on the main level is furnished with a King bed and a Twin size sleeper chair, which opens to a charming screened porch, perfect for a relaxing morning coffee. There is a 47-inch flat-screen smart TV for streaming your favorite entertainment. The primary bathroom has a large walk-in shower and dual vanities.

Upstairs are two guest bedrooms and a loft area great room. The second bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and a twin-size daybed with a twin-size trundle and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and a TV. The large loft area Great Room between the two bedrooms functions as an additional living and sleeping space. There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination accessible through the Great room. There is a sleeper sofa, a large 55-inch flat-screen tv, chair seating and a four-top dining table that doubles as a game table. This additional living space gives guests flexible bedding options, making this home a great option for guests traveling with multi-family groups.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
