Primary king bed with en suite, 2nd bedroom King bed and 3rd bedroom Queen bed. Open floor plan from kitchen, dining and living w/windows all the way around! The living room has two queen sleeper sofas. The primary bedroom has a tub and extra-large separate shower with double vanity sinks. The primary bed has a new King Hybrid Foam Mattress. Primary has deck access w/bay views and sitting area overlooking the crystal clear pool, Jacuzzi's and outside gourmet kitchen! 2nd full bath and separate laundry room located off the kitchen/living area and 3rd bdrm. 2nd bedroom has multiple windows with an open-air feel! Downstairs is where most of the magic happens from the full gourmet kitchen w/bar top and stools, separate serving bar w/stools, beautiful in-ground pool w/ 2 separate Jacuzzi's that start level to the gourmet kitchen then stair step to pool!!! Bubble it up while talking to the chefs... a definite game changer!!!
If you want a fire at night, with just the push of a button, the fire pit starts up a fire. Night fishing with above and underwater lights. Boat slip for 21' and second dock for 31' boat. Outside large shower and separate half bath for convenience when enjoying the downstairs party area!

Jamaica Beach is far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle of Seawall (8 miles), and but not too far away from most of the island attractions (10 miles from 61st Street). This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Jamaica Beach is a residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 7 am.

The boat slip is available for guest use.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

This house was so very comfortable for our family. The outdoor area is the best part though, and we plan on booking again (just not in December!)We stayed here because of the jacuzzi and were in it everyday. The thought that went into the planning is evident. There is an area for everyone, from the pool to the furniture to the fishing spots. The only thing that was missing was a corkscrew which just made us a laugh as it was so minute of a complaint! Marie and Denise from Ryson were accommodating and friendly!

We had an amazing time and enjoyed the home immensely. Everyone had fun taking in the hot tub, pool, sun, canal and fire at night. The assistance from the Ryson Team was greatly appreciated though out the booking and stay over Labor Day weekend.

We woke up Friday morning to fire ants coming out of the outlet in the kitchen. They were all in our packages of pastries we had. My sister is extremely allergic to ants and was trying to help clean them up. The thermostat was set on 80 degrees with a note that said do not touch. It was definitely changed because when it's 90 degrees outside 80 inside is too warm and not comfortable. Arriving at the house there were shorts hanging on the deck, used soap and a razor in the tub, which makes you believe the place wasn't made ready before we arrived.
