This property has new mattresses for the comfort of our guests including a stackable washer/dryer in the unit, hurricane patio door and windows, tastefully tiled expanded patio area.
This exquisitely remodeled 1/1 beach view condo is a must-see. Located directly across the Seawall from Babe's Beach. It has everything you could possibly need whether you want a short-term vacation of 2 nights or an off-season monthly rental.
The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the alcove area has a twin bunk bed. The living room has a full size Murphy bed. This one-bedroom one bath condominium will accommodate up to 4 guests (2 adults, 2 children).
The Victorian Galveston offers two swimming pools; Waterfall Lagoon is heated in the winter with a rock waterfall and Paradise Cove for the kids, which features a water-drop mushroom and zero-depth entry with bubbling jets. The Victorian also has two hot tubs in secluded garden settings, picnic areas, a pavilion, garden courtyards with lush landscaping, a lighted tennis court and a 24-hour fitness center.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Reservations at this HOA require a resort/parking/amenity fee to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.
This resort fee covers up to two vehicles for up to two weeks and guest wristbands for pool, hot tub and fitness center for up to 8 guests. Reservations of 9 guests (if max occupancy allows), require an additional payment for the additional wristband. Guests should return pool bands to The Victorian front office prior to departure.
Some Victorian units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to determine if setup would be comfortable for their group.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

This was a fun place to stay with my friends! There were 5 of us, but it could’ve easily held 6 of us. There is a pullout bed that comes out of the TV dresser which is not showcased in the pictures. The only difficulties with 5 of us is that there was not much space to get ready. The bathroom counter space is very limited, plus the kitchen sink was leaking, so we could not use that. There were also only 2 rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels, which did not last us throughout our stay. The company that owns this space is easily contacted, besides outside of business hours, so if there is an emergency, it is difficult to contact them quickly. The location is right across from the beach and is very ideal. Has nice pools and hot tubs! Overall, this was a good stay.
