Castaway Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage centrally located, just a short stroll from Tybee's mid-island beach on Jones Avenue. You will feel right at home in this bright, family-friendly home that has been completely renovated and is a perfect spot for a Tybee Island getaway.
The raised cottage offers an open plan living, kitchen, and dining areas that are bright and welcoming with a sleeper sofa, a large Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4 with additional table seating for 2 in the kitchen. The second floor is home to 2 bedrooms and two shared bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed, Bedroom 2 is furnished with a Queen bed, and both have smart TVs. One shared bathroom features a shower-tub combination. The brand-new bathroom features a walk-in shower and dual sink.
The third bedroom is on the ground floor, with a private entrance through the screened porch. This bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle to sleep up to 2, and a Smart TV. There is a bonus sitting room next door, for expanded seating for the downstairs guests. The screened porch is a great gathering space that is perfect for dining and entertaining, with a gas grill for cook-outs, and a great dining table that seats 6 and a full-size washer and dryer available for guest use. The backyard is fully fenced and includes a fire pit to gather around for evening enjoyment.
There is off-street parking for 4 vehicles.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

- 61+ Days Prior to Arrival, 15% is due at the time of Booking.
- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
