The guest bedroom features 2 adjoined twin beds and a flat-screen TV. There is an additional full bathroom with tub and shower combination just outside the guest bedroom. This is a great condo option for a couple or small family and has many upgraded features including laminate wood floors, stainless appliances, solid surface counters, and much more! There is also in-unit WIFI/high-speed internet for guest use as well as community WIFI at the pools. There are two reserved and covered parking spaces available. This unit is on the top floor, guests must climb stairs, as there is no elevator in this building.
Lighthouse Point Condominiums is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. Quiet location. Great view. Super fun watching the huge cargo ships go up the river. Beach not crowded and the pools were very clean pleasant. All the appliances were very clean as were the bathrooms. Lots of towels, plenty of blankets and pillows. Only downside was the under garage parking. No way you could get your doors open to get out and we have a Nissan Rougue, not a big car. We parked in one of the unmarked spots. This might be a problem during the busy season.

The stairs are brutal. I would include a warning that people with bad knees, etc. should not rent this unit as there is no elevator.
