This place was very nice. The only problem was at check in. We arrived at the condo and the lady at the desk said they had no record of us staying. We were given a number to call. We did and were told to go next door to a different condo. We went and no one was there. Went back and were told we could try checking at at a place about 1 mile down the road. We went, and again no one there. But there was a lock box, so we entered the code and got the key card. You'll need to give a better explanation on how and where to check in

I do see that you called our desk after your first interaction with the front desk and the 24/7 Guest Services Team informed you where to check in. I apologize that you had some difficulty locating this unit and believe you were at the East complex instead of the West. This information is located on a pre-arrival document sent two weeks before your arrival as well as another document that is sent 4 days before your arrival. This is a great property. We enjoyed our stay. Dryer didn't dry real well, I am guessing dryer vent needs cleaning. Easy access to beach and on site pool. Did have some construction in process due to hurricane Sally during our stay. Garage parking was a nice perk.
