Beds were comfortable and everything in the kitchen worked well. Place looked nice, once it was cleaned. The walk-in closet with a light was also nice. Be ready for constant loud ac like noise non-stop coming from the bathroom (keep the door shut). Also, be prepared to struggle unlocking the back porch in the middle of the afternoon (likely swollen due to heat). Don't plan to use the outside community electric grill. There are no instructions and we were unable to get it on...but then again, it had probably never been cleaned either so probably wouldn't want to use it. When the items available say condiments, realize that only means salt & pepper and plan accordingly. None of these are deal breakers.
