In addition, the covered balcony on the first floor provides a comfortable spot to sip coffee and savor the sunrise, in addition to overlooking the neighborhood and community pool.

Then climb the stairs for the second floor where you’ll find the master and second bedrooms. The master suite is the perfect place to unwind in the evening, with a private bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and inviting whirlpool tub. You’ll also find that each bathroom comes outfitted with smooth, granite countertops. Additionally, a sunroom is located on this floor, with wraparound glass windows that overlook the neighborhood and a daybed perfect for a quick siesta.

Ready to head to the beach? Then you won’t need to go far, as beach access is directly across the street. Grab your flip flops and your beach bag before you go–just don’t forget your sunscreen!
