Nice floor plan, decent location, inexpensive furniture, no outdoor furniture or grill, no decor, kitchen supplies VERY limited, no beach towels or any beach things (small cooler etc), no food storage options, 2 wine glasses. Definitely not a house to prepare food, entertain or cook in. No alarm clocks or clocks of any kind. This has the potential to be a great rental home if the owners spent a small amount of $$ on some basic amenities.

The property and house was beautiful. Rules were a little strict for a house to hold twelve guests. Only two cars is tough, there needs to be an option for a third car parking. In addition to alowing towels to dry outside and bring them in at night. Pool rules were strict and would not even allow adults to be in hot tub past 10:00. We were on vacation and not making any noise. I get the rules but seems clear you don’t want people there for Sring break with responsible people.

This home is beautiful!! It’s very roomy. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. It is a short drive to beach. I only had one small complaint. I wish there had been chairs in the main floor bedroom. We did have a problem with the WIFI and it took over 12 hours to be resolved.
