Estero Beach and Tennis 1001A is a one-bedroom, one-bath beachfront condo that sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. Just steps to the pristine, white sandy beach located outside your back door. Situated at the quiet, south end of the island - close to town attractions, including being a short 3 miles from Lovers Key State Park and 4.8 miles from Time Square.
As you step into this inviting condo you’re welcomed with lovely décor that sets the tone for relaxation. The living room has a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. It is bathed in natural light from the sliding glass doors and large picture window that overlooks the island. Step out onto the balcony, breathing the salt air and taking in both the beach views and the Gulf of Mexico.
The open spaced kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, microwave oven, and includes all your cookware, dinner ware and utensils so you will have everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. The kitchen area also provides space for a dining table seating four, perfect for the enjoyment of your home cooked meals.
The primary bedroom features a king size bed with a dresser that offers plenty of storage. There is a DVD player and console for you to watch a late night movie in bed on the large wall-mounted flat screen TV. The bathroom has a combination tub/shower and vanity with lavatory.
The Estero Beach and Tennis Club provides a plethora of amenities for your enjoyment, including tennis and pickleball courts and plenty of parking. Additionally, for your convenience, a coin-operated laundry facility is available at the ground level, ensuring hassle-free accommodations throughout your stay.
Perfectly positioned close to the beach and within reach of local attractions, this condo offers convenience and leisure in equal measure. Currently the pool is not open. This unit has been carefully inspected and renovated prior to re-opening. We have made every effort to maintain a safe and comfortable setting for our guests.

Under construction. Most amenities like trash service, laundry and pool not available. Expect noise from 7 am to 6pm. Plus elevator makes noise 24/7.

The condo was nicely decorated and we had all of the cooking utensils necessary. The bed was not the greatest as far as comfort but we are spoiled with our bed. Wonderful beach chairs for our time at the beach. You will want to ensure you pack beach towels.
