The Property is nice, need an updated, Bed is comfortable, sofa bed need to be changed yesterday, extremely uncomfortable, no body in my Family could sleep in there, we have to buy inflatable beds, TV basic channels , none of the Extra channels that need for raining days or at night after beach, no wine glasses, the problem with pool is serious, they close pool at 7:30 sharp! when Sun down is past 8:30 very inconvenient, location and beach really nice, in general could have been a better experience, Thank You.

Everything is A few feet away - pool, gulf, sandy beach, shells, restaurants, and stores

Close to shopping & bars/restaurants. Great shells on beach.

Be prepared to get blown away by the bright, sparking clean, beautifully decorated Florida condo. Quick easy access to the ocean and a beautiful pool just outside the lobby. Also be sure to check out the variety of fun restaurants and shops just across the street. You won't have to drive anywhere for days if you don't feel like it. Be prepared to meet happy, friendly vacationers just like yourself at the beach or at the pool if you're so inclined.

Location, location, location!!! This unit offered exactly what we were looking for.... steps to the beach!! My family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beach and the pool every day of our stay. This our first time visiting Fort Myers Beach and really enjoyed the quiet southern end of the island. The unit: it’s exactly what you see in the pictures. There is no dishwasher in this unit, which I really missed. We did a lot of cooking during our stay and the unit had all the things I needed during my month-long stay. Provided in the unit are beach towels, chairs, cooler, and umbrellas. The location: As I wrote earlier, this was the main reason we chose this unit. It did NOT disappoint!! If you’re looking for direct beach access this unit offers that. There is a small shopping center right across the street with 3 or 4 restaurants; a Subways and an ice cream parlor. There is also a CVS and 7/11. If you’re interested in using public transit (we used the Trolly) it was FREE due to COVID. (TIP: Use it to visit both ends of the island and save money on parking. If you use a car, parking is $2/hr and they take credit cards.)There is a small Publix’s (7 min. drive) from the condo. I used their app to order my groceries and you can decide on picking up or getting it delivered (for a small fee.) Amenities: Estero Beach and Tennis Club offer one pool, tennis courts, BBQ area, laundry facilities, and direct beach access. (I think mentioned this already.) ; ) The Host: This is an agency so I never spoke with Amy. But everyone that works there was completely helpful and always responded immediately. They were all professional and respectful. Thank you!
