The place was nice and clean. Very close to the beach. Peaceful neighborhood. Ryson was very responsive to my questions. We had a small problem with a light on a ceiling fan that would not turn off. They sent out maintenance and it was determined that the fan needed replacement. We told maintenance they could wait till we checked out. Overall a very good and relaxing stay. I would recommend to others and would stay here again.

Great location near quiet stretch of beach. Restaurants and grocery nearby. Upstairs bedroom a bit cramped for adults due to low ceiling. Building is a bit old but done up nicely with a ship theme which my son loved. Rental had everything we needed.
