Welcome to Cascades #201, a corner two-bedroom, two-bath condo with den with sleeper sofa, two-bath condo with generous square footage. Location, views and the advantages of a smaller resort await. The property is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico and close to Newton Park and is located mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm. Away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, affording quiet relaxation for that desired relaxing getaway is a 7-mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities and the endless variety of evening sunsets. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets, Snook Bight Marina and an upscale bistro on the bay are just across the boulevard! Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square with all of its restaurants, clubs and night life. Resort amenities include a fitness center and an outdoor pool with shower and barbecue area. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, complimentary WiFi, private laundry and all linens and towels are provided. Upon arrival there is ample parking available. Entrance is via secure lobby where an elevator takes you to the second floor. Luggage carts are available to facilitate your arrival. There is a furnished area just outside the elevator on the second floor. Enter through the front door into a hallway which leads to the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is wood flooring in the main living areas, with tile in the kitchen and carpeting in the bedrooms. The eat-in kitchen has a cafe table seating two. There are plenty of cabinets and hard surface countertops. Everything necessary to prepare full course meals is available, just bring the food! Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, glasstop range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker. There is a peninsular bar which passes through into the adjacent dining area, furnished with a buffet and a table seating four and picture window over-looking the beaches and Gulf. This flows into the living area which is furnished with a sofa, end tables and lamps, two swivel-rockers and a coffee table on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a corner wall-mounted large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access out to the lanai which is furnished with a lounger, cocktail tables and a patio chair with ottoman. The panoramic view from this second floor vantage point is 180 degrees and affords spectacular views of the beaches and the Gulf of Mexico from Sanibel Island to the west and Bonita Springs and Naples to the east and south. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, a six-drawer chest, corner chair with floor lamp, a triple dresser with mirror and a picture window over-looking the Gulf of Mexico. The en suite dressing and bathroom area has a separate dressing table with full wall mirror, a large walk-in closet and the bathroom has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and combination tub/shower with sliding glass doors. The first guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand and lamp, corner chair, a five-drawer chest and a walk-in closet. There is access from this bedroom into the bathroom, which is also accessible through a pocket door into the main living area. The bathroom has a single-piece vanity with lavatory, wall mirror and plenty of storage space beneath, a commode niche and a combination tub/shower with sliding glass doors. Adjacent to this bedroom and bath is a hallway leading to the laundry room located behind louvered doors. The den/second guest room has a queen-size sleeper sofa with end tables and lamps, a flat screen TV and ample closet space.
