The open concept living/dining/kitchen area is suitable for cooking, entertaining and watching the extra large smart flat screen tv in the living area. The living area also has a remote control operated fireplace to set the mood. Guests may login to their own entertainment accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc) on this smart tv. The queen sleeper sofa is also available for a total of 6 guests in this luxurious property. The second bath features a large soaking tub/shower for a relaxing bath after a long day at the beach.
The large primary bedroom with king bed has a unique sliding door system that opens into the living area where guests may enjoy the full view of the Gulf of Mexico. This room also closes off for complete privacy and has an en suite bath with large walk-in shower and vanity area. The primary also features a remote control ceiling fan and television if guests want to take an afternoon nap and watch a movie - cable television and complimentary wifi available. The second bedroom features two twin beds and ceiling fan (no tv in this bedroom) for uninterrupted sleeping. Full-size stackable washer/dryer in this property.
Guests will enjoy the large patio which features two chaise lounges and a pub height table with dining stools. Guests may dine alfresco or enjoy dining at the large kitchen island.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
If guests are interested in floating on the lazy river, Diamond Beach does not supply the tubes, and it highly recommended to purchase prior to arriving on the island, as they at times there may not be enough supplies at local stores to keep up with demand.
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

The condo was beautiful and just as described. However, getting to the beach is an extreme inconvenience. You literally leave the condo premises, follow a path thru the grass, and then down a narrow and steep unkept â€œpathâ€. We were also harassed but a gentleman who worked at the facility.
We are so sorry to hear that the location was not to your satisfaction! Although I am glad that the condo was accurate to the description and enjoyable, we want our guests to feel 100% relaxed during the stay. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we hope to have you back again!

Great condo with modern design kitchen, bathrooms and all clean. I would just suggest to let people know in advance that the beach/pool towels are not provided and while the kitchen is stocked with supplies - it\'s minimal. We really enjoyed this condo, the pool and lazy river are amazing!

The condo was absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed waking up every morning to the scenery from the master bedroom and balcony. Very clean! The grounds were very welcoming! Definitely would recommend to anyone and definitely will be back.

The property was lovely. Very clean and spacious. My only problem was the distance from the unit to the elevators. As someone with arthritis in my knees thus was a problem. I would suggest that the property put in some benches every so often in the hallways.

Immaculately clean and decorated. Beautiful view from the top floor. The only suggestion that I have is for the owner to get new mattresses for the twin beds. They are fine for children, but not for adults. I would rent this condo again--definitely.
