The two-story cottage has five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to 12 people. The living room is on the first floor, and it has large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The living room has a sleeper sofa as well as a large flat-screen TV. The adjoining dining room seats up to ten people and connects to the stunning all-new kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, with stainless steel appliances, a farm sink, and a vintage-style dining booth where you can enjoy a quick meal. There is also a gas grill in the backyard, which is ideal for cookouts! The two downstairs bedrooms have a king-size bed and two twin beds, and they share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second floor is home to the remaining three bedrooms and a comfortable sitting area with a large flat-screen TV and a delightful screened porch for sipping iced tea on a warm summer's night. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed (privately access this room through the screened-in porch or adjoining through another bedroom) , Bedroom 4 has a King size bed with a TV, and Bedroom 5 has 2 Twin beds. There are two full bathrooms on the second, the first with an all-new walk-in shower; the second has a vintage clawfoot tub with a shower.
The cottage is in a beautiful mid-island location. Enjoy the 8'6" X 17' in-ground heated pool and patio with an 8'2" X 8'7" spill-over spa (spa only, no jets). Guests can choose to add optional pool/spa heat for an additional cost of $25 per day (not available in January or February).
Perfect for a more residential feel while still offering easy access to the beach, which is just a short stroll away. Bring your bikes, or rent them while you are here. The home is located on Second Avenue, which is considered part of Tybee's bike trail. This property has parking is available for up to 5 cars.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a complete list of terms and policies.

We felt this house was perfect for 3 families with children. It was bigger than we expected and had plenty of room to relax and not feel we were on top of each other. The location is a couple blocks from the beach and walking distance with no problem. Overall, we all had a great experience. I would book this house again.

This house is perfect for a friends trip or group vacation. You are three easy blocks from the beach and you have a great pool and hot tub in your back yard. (I believe there is a fee if you want to use the heated pool or hot tub heater). The pool has an easy panel on the fence to change from bubbles to waterfall. Everything about this location is perfect, you can walk to the grocery store, restaurants and, most importantly, the beach within minutes! Clean, well-appointed and with many comfortable spaces to relax outside or inside…..there is also a large screens upstairs balcony! I highly recommend this place and it is worth the expense to have a quiet oasis to vacation in Tybee Island!

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
