BB Bethany B.	Verified Guest Comment Location is 10/10 amazing. The pool and splash pad and park are 10/10 with kids. One downside… living/kitchen areas are upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. It’s very noisy in the rooms when anyone is moving upstairs. That made it hard for kids naps / bedtimes. We also had some major issues with the ceiling falling on us. They sent maintenance but weren’t apologetic about it. We also had a leak upstairs and again the staff was practical but not apologetic. That was frustrating. 07/14/2024

The location of the condo was perfect for a nice quick walk to the beach. The problems we encountered-no sheets available for the sofa bed and missing top sheet for twin bed, there were no extra anywhere. I would also recommend leaving an extra trash bag or 2, especially if you want to encourage guests to keep a clean place. The place is 2 story, bedrooms downstairs and kitchen and living space up, I don't this was clear. 06/24/2024
