This home is a better deal for the area given what other rentals are going for anymore/currently. The house wasn't overall gross or filthy and the decor is modern. For the price, I think it is a good deal.

we had a really great time at Surf City! The house was clean and the neighborhood was amazing. Ocean view, and a short walk to the beach. Couldn’t find the private beach entrance, but it didn’t matter! Be prepared to do quite a bit of cleaning and organizing at the end of your stay, but it’s all worth it in the end! Will be staying with Carolina Retreats again!
