Two bedrooms, including the king-size primary bedroom with a Smart TV and private bathroom access, grace the second floor. The remaining two guest bedrooms, along with the second full bathroom, are situated on the first floor.
Outside, enjoy the use of a gas grill for cookouts, rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, and take advantage of modern conveniences like a washer & dryer and free Wi-Fi. Mercy Me even provides covered parking for up to two vehicles!

If the really outdated appliances are updated, this home is pretty nice - convenient to the beach and other local restaurants and shops. It was sufficient for our needs and really wasn't a bad place at all until the AC unit went out. A new AC unit with an updated refrigerator with ice maker would be great and we would stay there again if updates are made. Nice, big home with plenty of space for 5+ people. Mostly quiet neighborhood area and lots of parking at the home.

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
